Our Story

In October of 2015, while standing in the kitchen at home, Malachi lost control of his body then became unresponsive and had to be rushed to the hospital. Although he is 10 years old, and has endured this disorder for some time, it affects his daily activities; such

as playing with friends,
his memory,
being able to attend school regularly, among many others.

On January 19, 2019, Marvelous Kids Foundation was founded by Jonathan D Johnson, with the purpose of bring awareness to the community.

April 2019 Marvelous Kids Foundation died the fountain in Garden City Ga Purple in Honor of Epilepsy Awareness. This has become an Annual Event in Garden City Ga every November
April 27, 2019 Marvelous Kids Foundation had our first event which was Walk A Mile with Malachi which has became an Annual Event.
May of 2019 Marvelous Kids Foundation has its first Awareness Basketball Game with the Harlem Globe Trotters Legends.
December 2019 we had our Toy Giveaway at the Hospital which has become an Annual Event as well.
December 2021 we had our first Gala which has become an Annual Event
- November 2025 Were had our 1st Annal Brunch & Brains,

In 2022 Jonathan D Johnson Resigned as the CEO and turned Marvelous Kids Foundation over to Malachi but Jonathan is still acknowledged as the Founder of the Organization. In 2022 Malachi changed the name to Marvelous Kids Epilepsy Research and started an Internship Program at Savannah State University

Through Out The Years
Malachi has been an patient at Children Health Care Of Atlanta as well as Memorial Medical University in Savannah Ga, but also a supporter. He donates toys to both hospitals Yearly. As well as does multiple of other charitable deeds through out the year and encourages other children to do so as well.
